This session will explore the powerful ways to take real action on equity, diversity & inclusion in the workplace and why employee perspectives, experiences, and feedback should be taken into consideration when making decisions related to DEI.

We will discuss why organisations need scalable ways to ensure that their diversity and inclusion initiatives avoid common mistakes and are solid and sustainable.
