This session will explore the role of legal professionals inside of accountancy firms. It will look at the areas legal professionals cover, how they can help with firm development, and the pros and cons of including legal service offerings within an accountancy firm.

We’ll also focus on:

- Relationship with auditors, the independence principle and legal barriers.
- Developing a career as lawyer inside of an audit or accountancy firm
- Different structures for providing legal services
